I highly recommend this fire alarm company for their outstanding service. From the very beginning, they were attentive, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain how the entire fire alarm system works and answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. When they arrived, the system was in a trouble condition, but they quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently. Whenever there is a problem, they respond promptly, contact us right away, and provide excellent customer service. They are a reliable, responsible company that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from Axion Fire! The team did an excellent job repairing and programming our Notifier N16 fire alarm panel. They quickly diagnosed the problem, completed the programming correctly, and made sure the entire system was fully operational before leaving. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. I highly recommend Axion Fire to anyone who needs reliable fire alarm service. Thank you for the excellent work!

Request the service of this company and it has been the best choice: efficiency, speed, knowledge to spare and also excellence in the treatment. Without a doubt I recommend it and especially the technician Luis Ramírez has a lot of experience.

Luis Ramirez is one of the most patient and knowledgeable Technicians I have ever worked with. He always returns a call and follow up and make sure you have a full understanding of the fire alarm system. He displays great customer service skills and in depth knowledge of Fire Alarm systems.

Axion LLC is hands down the best Fire System consulting and contracting business around. Ive specifically been working with Luis for a handful of years and I couldn't recommend anyone else.

The technicians at Axion really know their stuff. We needed a complex system upgrade, and they handled it with ease. They were patient with my questions and provided a very competitive quote. It's hard to find a fire protection company this reliable these days
